How It Works
STEP #1 - PARK & WAIT IN CAR OR VISIT AND ENJOY SOME HOLIDAY CHEER
Guests can wait in their car to stay warm or join us for some hot chocolate and holiday cheer until your scheduled appt.
We will be following CDC Guidelines at the time of the event.
STEP #2 - WALK UP, PHOTO IS TAKEN
Before speaking with Santa, a family photo will be taken.
Our photographer will take your family photo and print it while you visit with Santa. This is no cost to you!
STEP #3 - CONTACTLESS VISIT
Guests will talk with Santa.
Santa will stay behind his workbench and will have a mic on. There is a mailbox where kids can drop their list for Santa!

Date: Friday, December 3, 2021
Time: Make appointment between 5:30-8:30 pm (Link Below)-All fees are covered by Oyler Hines Group & Ron Erdmann/Guaranteed Rate & First Title
Location: Losantiville Country Club Parking Lot, 3097 Losantiville Ave, 45213
Details: (We will be following CDC Guidelines at the time of this event)
- Park car and either wait in your car until your time or enjoy and Hot Chocolate/Drinks with the Oyler Hines Group
- At your scheduled time, walk up for photo
- Visit with Santa for 1 minute and get picture taken
- Receive photo, compliments of Oyler Hines, Guaranteed Rate, and First Title
- Feel free to leave or hang around and enjoy some holiday cheer!
