Our Goal For Academy Lofts:  Overcome this challenge by positioning Academy Lofts as an affordable housing option in OTR with deeded parking. In addition, selling it's location at the corner of 12th and Vine as one of the premier locations in OTR (premier location and affordable price).  We will also utilize social media platforms, creative marketing, dynamic video, large depth of experience & current OTR & CBD connections to maximize exposure and sales of units.  See below for details:

Academy Lofts Project Overview


"This prime location in OTR was originally developed as one of 3CDC’s first projects to house Art Academy students in dormitory-style apartment units. When the Art Academy made the decision to locate its student housing in a large building on Jackson Street, 3CDC undertook the process of converting these units to for-sale condominium units.  Each unit will be reconfigured with brand new finishes and modified layouts to appeal to a wide range of homebuyers."
